I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

All communication about commissions will be done through; Email, Instagram or Twitter/X.

The client must provide a clear description and necessary references for the commission.

Instructions are available on the “How to Order a Commission” page under the Commission Menu.

Kindly note that my art style may develop or change over time. Refunds will not be provided if the artwork does not meet subjective expectations.

The estimated time for completion is 1 weeks to a month, depending on my workload.

Rush orders may be accepted, subject to additional charges.

Client will be updated of the following process [Sketch - Line Art - Base Colours - Final].

When Line Art is finalized, no further changes can be made.

Finished commissions will be in Final commissions are provided in PNG & JPG format via Google Drive.

If the commission is canceled during the sketch phase, a 50% refund will be issued.

No refunds will be issued once the sketch phase has begun.

I retain the rights to the artwork, including displaying it in my portfolio, social media, or for promotional purposes.

Clients must use the watermarked version of the commissioned artwork when sharing it online.

If the commissioned artwork is used as a profile picture or banner, proper credit must be given in your bio.

All commissions are for personal use only. If the work is intended for commercial use, please inform me so we can discuss further terms.

Clients may not claim the artwork as their own/ trace/ resell/ Use for AI training purposes.

Please inform me if there is any deadlines upfront before payment.

Commission slots will be revoked if payment is not received within 7 business days. Please inform me in advance if you require an extension.

I will start the commission when payment is 100% paid

Additional characters will be charged at 50% of the base price.

Complex Character Designs might include additional charges.

Simple backgrounds include flat colors, gradients, or textures. Complex backgrounds will not be accepted.

Base order: Includes the front design of the doll only.

An additional fee applies if you require the back design of the doll.

Complex details may result in extra charges.

Please note that I am only providing the illustration mockup for the design and not involved in production or manufacturing.

If your manufacturer encounters issues with the design, please provide screenshot proof. [Charges still apply.]
